Improving your patient experience is similar to offering a stellar customer experience. During a recent MedPB company retreat, our team went on a scavenger hunt. One item on the list was to review their experience at The Store, in Warren, Vermont. The Store has been a favorite of MedPB CEO, Charlie Cook for years.
